These Fir products have a fantastic record of withstanding the time and elements. From severe winters, to rainy spring days, to record heat.

When the largest wood provider Sierra Pacific provided us samples of a fully stained Fir picket and rail, we went to work on promoting this new items. American Fence Company purchased one full semi of product, within a month we depleted our inventory. The demand was huge. Although we stained the original Fir rails and pickets over the last 8 years with great success the stain held up for years. Though faded, the stain is even and consistently absorbed into the fence. Fir pickets are more dense than Cedar.
